I have extensive experience with troubleshooting a large variety of computer related problems for over 10 years. I enjoy the troubleshooting process and finding solutions that helps the customer is my ultimate reward.

To complement over 10 years of hands on experience, I  have degrees and certifications in PC repair and network administration. As the next step of my education I am pursuing a degree in database administration.

My skills include extensive hardware and software troubleshooting. I have planned, implemented, and maintained several wired and wireless networks. I have really strong spreadsheet and database experience. I can also offer practical advice on how to maintain your security and privacy.
